With a low staff turnover and a highly supportive work environment, they take pride in creating a place where employees can truly thrive Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take on a dynamic and varied role with responsibilities that include: Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts Conducting cash flow forecasting Performing bank reconciliations Reconciling balance sheets Supporting day-to-day accounting processes as needed What you'll need to succeed Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant experience or a minimum of 3 years working at assistant accountant level. Applicants must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working effectively as part of a team, and possess excellent attention to detail.
