Quantity Surveyor

GBRS are actively seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Major Projects Division, based in Weston-super-Mare. A percentage of this role will require attendance on site, working alongside the Project Managers within the office for project delivery. Duties and responsibilities: * Taking commercial responsibility of the project(s) * Collation and pricing of variations * Be responsible for the collection of retention * Preparation of applications for payment * Create and analyse end of project profit and loss reports * Obtaining variation costs from contractors and issuing valuation payment notices.
