Our client, a well-established Estate Agent in the Colchester Area, is looking to employ a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for their expanding firm. They have a strong presence in the local area of Colchester with a strong reputation

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 08 30
• Saturday s Every Saturday 09 00
• Day in Lieu

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• Up to £(phone number removed) Basic
• Up to £32,000 OTE
• Ongoing Training and Development

To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:

• Strong computer skills
• Previous track record in estate agency
• Ability to work as a Team Player
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proven Track record of Selling or Letting Homes

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Booking and attending Viewings
• Receiving offers
• Negotiating Offers + Lets
• Phoning out properties
• Assisting the teams when necessary
