Requirements

• Supervising Cooks
• Overseeing day to day operations
• Managing kitchen staff
• Assistant to the head Chef
• Managing the kitchen in the absence of the head Chef

The Cuisine is Lebanese/Mediterranean.
Wed-Thurs 5pm-11pmFri-Sun 5pm-12pm
Annual Salary 30-32k
