The Role We are seeking ambitious Mid-Senior level Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about the Automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your comprehensive understanding of the Automotive sector to attract and place top talent across a range of roles (from technicians to senior management).
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Leverage your extensive candidate network to build talent pipelines, ensuring prompt delivery to meet client demands.
• Work closely with the senior management team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, advising clients on market conditions to help them stay ahead of the competition.

• Experience: A proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the Automotive sector.
