Optimise are currently looking for site managers with an M&E background for contracts in Leeds and Nottingham on 10-12 month contracts

The Role:
- Working on a large commercial project supervising electrical teams and co-ordinating the daily activities of the electrical teams.
- Working with contractors to complete projects on time.
- Writing up and submitting daily activity reports to the project manager.
- Working to Electrical Operational Procedures, safe working practices and Health & Safety procedures as required.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the Dc Power Teams.
- Contacting outside vendors for parts or when requiring technical assistance.
- Coordinating and completing site audits and all follow up actions.
- Helping project managers to conduct health & safety inspections in work areas.
- Reporting to the Project Manager.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have proven experience in a supervisory role overseeing electrical installations on robust M&E projects
- Will have a recognised electrical qualification.
- Will hold a valid CSCS/Skill/JIB Card & SSSTS or SMSTS.
- Will be computer literate.
- Will have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Will have excellent communication skills.
