For this exciting position, you must have the following experience (training will also be given) * Minimum of 2 years experience in a design role * Customer-centric and able to build relationships quickly * Design and Sale of Kitchens (AOV £20-35k) * Knows the difference and how to sell features and benefits * Ability to read and understand Architect plans * Ability to generate M&E drawings for site works * Understand the schedule of works and BOM * Understand regulations * Ability to design the concept to completion * Flexible to continue learning * Well presented * Drive to succeed * Understands how to sell a brand * Have either used Winner or have german experience OTE £45,000 upwards with a strong, uncapped commission structure with many designers earning in excess of £70k Get in touch with Amber at KBB Recruitment today to find out more or apply today!
