Assist with lesson planning and preparation. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Support students with special educational needs and adapt learning materials as required. Participate in school events and activities.Requirements: Level 3 qualification or relevant experience. Good knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
