Job title: Senior Content Creative A rare opportunity to work across the Brand Marketing team at UK leading florist and international event business. Wild at Heart, founded in 1993 by Nikki Tibbles, is famous for its opulent and unique style. Our client contracts, events and weddings are truly breath-taking, and we bring a vast wealth of experience to make every aspect of site design, landscaping, event creation and floral artistry, original and stunning. Hours: Full Time, 45 hours. Although our standard office hours are 9am – 6pm, it is expected of the Content Creator to attend events, which will include some weekend and evening work to capture content where necessary. Location: Based 2-3 days a week in our office in Battersea, London, and Weighhouse Street near Bond Street. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be London based, in case there are any last-minute events to attend. Duties & Responsibilities: Being part of the Brand Marketing team to help plan and execute the social and digital content strategy for multiple platforms including, but not limited to: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest across Wild at Heart and Nikki Tibbles' private accounts. Generate monthly content plans, bring new content ideas to the table to grow our following and business - across all our channels (events, weddings, home & hotel contracts, partnerships, DTC bouquets and gifting) Own the storytelling of our brand on social media, what we do and how we offer it. Plan and attend photoshoots – you are responsible for photographing floral installation/events set up by our events team in and out of London. Help the Marketing Team in creating marketing materials in InDesign - such as brochures, care cards, thank you cards etc. Create email strategy, designs and templates for the ecom and events team and help with copywriting for website. Work with and report to Brand Director, support Marketing & Partnership Manager and report on campaign performance together with our Digital Marketing Director, including learnings and recommendations for next steps. This role demands a dynamic individual who is passionate about content creation and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional standards. Please note we are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, we are not your standard flower shop/event business. We are looking for ideas out of the ordinary, that you would not expect from a florist. We are not cute and flower power, we are a brand with London heritage, with edge and grit. And need the content creator to have this vibe and mindset. Experience 6 years’ experience within relevant fields. Solid understanding of brand strategy and following guidelines Driven with desire to produce innovative & polished content which gets results. You’re a creative who is comfortable and confident in delivering and executing your own projects. You have proven experience creating engaging and evolving content and you keep on top of all trends. Solid knowledge of working with video, graphic design, typography & layout. Strong creative eye for content native to each social platform and working knowledge of social platform audiences. You can handle all settings on a professional camera for capturing all our events, including knowledge in editing software (lightroom, photoshop etc) to make each photo look amazing. You have graphic design skills and can help build marketing materials in InDesign and Photoshop as well as Canva. Including building templates for all other teams (email, presentations etc). You have excellent organisation skills and can keep on top of software and online tools to help organise all the company’s visual assets. You will be based in London, with flexibility to travel to sites across UK as and when required, including evenings and weekends. Exceptional English written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling captions. Holiday The company holiday allowance is 32 days inclusive of bank holidays.
