Estates Operations Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Operations Manager to work for an organisation based in North London. The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract Position: Estates Operations Manager Location: North London Pay rate: £32 to £38 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis Key Responsibilities: * Manage in house engineering team * Supervise Electrical, Mechanical and Building Engineers * Responsible for maintenance strategy * Oversee building compliance documentation * Liaise with senior management regarding budgets and timescales * Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards * Work with capital department to ensure work is handed over Additionally, the successful candidate will undergo a DBS check.
