Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems. Emergency light testings PPM's Conduct minor mechanical and/ or fabric maintenance tasks. repair faults efficiently. Maintain strong communication with clients, delivering excellent service. Requirements: Proven experience in electrical maintenance (essential). 18th Edition (essential) Level 3 City and Guilds or NVQ Electrical(essential) Low voltage or high voltage (preferable) 4 years experience in maintenance in commerical buildings.
