HVAC Engineer - M&E Candlewick, London £50,000 - £60,000 + company vehicle + health care Information on the role * Oversee M&E works, ensuring HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and operated safely and efficiently. * Manage day-to-day HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within the facility. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards for HVAC and other mechanical systems. * Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime. * Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems. * Manage contractors and third-party suppliers during installation, testing, and commissioning. * Support energy management and sustainability initiatives related to HVAC operations. What we’d like from you * Fully qualified HVAC engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). * Proven experience in overseeing M&E projects within commercial, industrial, or residential facilities. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical services, and relevant regulations. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues. * Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across departments and technical teams. * Previous experience in facilities management is advantageous.
