Job Title: Contract Manager (Flooring) Location: Brighton, East Sussex Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage flooring installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion. * Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. * Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and health and safety regulations. * Resolve any on-site issues and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Contract Manager in flooring projects. * Strong knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * SMSTS and CSCS certification preferred.
