Key Responsibilities: • Planning and delivering high-quality, creative lessons in line with the national curriculum. • Providing a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and supported. • Assessing and tracking pupils’ progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their best. • Collaborating with teaching assistants, parents, and fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive approach to each child’s education. • Participating in school-wide activities, clubs, and events to further enrich the pupils’ learning experience.
