A prominent multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy are looking for a motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Manchester.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will take the lead on a diverse range of projects within the retail, commercial, residential, education and defence sectors, providing professional services including dilapidations, party wall, technical due diligence and condition surveys.
At Senior Surveyor level, business development will be a key component of your role. You will be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities, alongside nurturing existing client relationships to drive the consultancy's growth.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to take on more responsibility and advance their career, with a clear progression path to Associate level.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a personable, team-focused individual with previous business development experience.
MRICS is preferred
Proven experience across multiple sectors
Excellent technical knowledge
