Landscape Estimator

About your new company: A long-established and thriving landscape construction business operating throughout the London & South East carrying out hard & soft landscaping services to a range of blue chip clients. About your new role: Due to securing a number of new contracts and continued growth plans , this progressive landscape construction business is seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to support the commercial team. Duties for the Landscape Estimator: Producing tenders for hard / soft / grounds maintenance schemes. Obtaining costings for materials and labour. Reporting to the Head of Estimating and Director. Ensuring tenders are accurate, competitive and tender meeting deadlines. Liaising with operations / site teams. What you need to succeed: A minimum of least 3-5 years experience in an Estimating role. Previous experience in producing tenders for hard / soft / grounds maintenance / arboriculture landscaping projects. Self-motivated Confidently communicate with all members of the pre-construction team, Operation Managers, clients and consultants Excellent administrative skills Conversant with MS Office packages Excellent communication skills
