Key Responsibilities: - Program, set, and operate CNC grinding machines for precision manufacturing. - Interpret customer drawings to determine the most effective grinding methods. - Select and use appropriate inspection equipment to maintain high-quality standards. - Conduct first-off inspections and assist other team members with their inspections. - Continuously collaborate with colleagues to improve production and quality processes.
