Hotel Manager

Beaverbrook Town House is looking for an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and lead a team committed to delivering the highest standards of guest and member experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong Food & Beverage background. You will ensure operational excellence across Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Events, while fostering a collaborative, cost-conscious, and proactive working environment. What youll be doing: Inspiring a culture of teamwork, dedication, and professionalism across all departments. Being present in the day-to-day operation to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to provide a seamless guest journey. Focusing on all budgets, forecasts, and cost management for the property. Driving continuous improvement through analysing our guest feedback, proactive planning, innovation, and challenging the status quo. Ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies. Who you are: Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and essentially Food & Beverage. A proven leader who leads by example and provides clear direction to teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff. Effective communicator who can engage with team members, guests, members, and external stakeholders. Confident decision-maker with a focus on guest experience and service excellence. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury property is essential. Able to juggle front-facing responsibilities while maintaining a focus on proactive planning and operational demands.
