Production Supervisor

KFM are now recruiting for a leading food production company dedicated to delivering high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations and ensure a seamless production process. Onsite Parking Day Shift (09:00 – 17:00)   Monday to Friday The role: Supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Lead and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a positive work environment. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize productivity. Train new staff and provide ongoing support and development for existing team members. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food production environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food manufacturing. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
