Construction Manager

Role: Construction Manager Location: Northamptonshire – On site Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day Contract Length: 12 months Rate: Based on experience (Outside IR35) Start Date: ASAP Sector: Data Centres We are partnering with a leading Design and Build M&E Contractor specialising in the mission-critical sector. They are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a Data Centre project in Northampton. This is an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension depending on project needs. Site Managers are also advised to apply Key Responsibilities: Proven experience managing Data Centre projects from inception to completion. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, along with relevant safety regulations. Ability to collaborate with teams such as subcontractors, engineers, and clients. Experience in scheduling, quality control, and health and safety management. A valid driving license is required.
