Block Manager - Residential New Build Temporary Contract 18 months + Location: NW London £280-£300 per day - £320 after 8 weeks Company Our client is a leading residential developer that operate all around London with a number of landmark developments. They are known for their high quality projects and have been involved in various long term schemes. Job Description You will be working as the Block Manager on this new build prestigious development in NW London. You will be in charge on a single block at a time of up to 100 units with 1 or 2 Assistant manager's under you. There is both external and internal works to be carried out, the right candidate must have experience on both. The candidate is required to have similar experience working either for a developer or contractor. MUST HAVE: CSCS SMSTS FIRST AID Key Responsibilities • Line Manager to team of 1-3 • Contribute to design team meetings as required • Work with wider team on each package scope • Ensure H&S standards and procedures are maintained or exceeded • Challenge and develop methodology and sequence to ensure optimum result for the project • Ensure QA procedures are correct, maintained and adhered to • Liaise with all department, contractors and consultants to ensure successful delivery of the packages above Application If you have the relevant experience as described above and would like to apply for this Senior Site Manager job in London then please email an updated CV to Damian @(url removed).
