Blackwaters is supporting a ground-breaking E-commerce group in their search for a CFO. This business has recently secured game-changing scale up venture capital. Utilising their unique technology platform, revenues are set to continue growing 100% year-on-year. As the Chief Financial Officer, you’ll support a world-class Exec team and work alongside investors to: Develop and execute commercial and operational strategy. Build a best-in-class finance function. Deliver 10x growth. Live the brand. Must haves: Experience of commercial complexity within a B2C/E-commerce business (non-ecomm retail won’t work unfortunately) Technology platform exposure. At least one scale-up journey as CFO (ideally with an exit) Venture Capital or Private Equity experience.
