If so, we want to hear from you!
We are recruiting for a rapidly growing children’s service, who are seeking a Registered Home Manager to oversee a brand new 2-bed EBD home located in a stunning converted farmhouse, surrounded by peaceful fields just outside of Aylesbury. What We’re Looking For:
- A Registered Manager with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People’s Residential Management) or equivalent.
- Experience managing an EBD home, with a strong understanding of the challenges and rewards.
- A dynamic leader who thinks innovatively and can develop creative solutions to challenges.
- A passion for improving the lives of children and young people and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting their welfare.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach.
What you will receive:
- A supportive and forward-thinking company with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
- The chance to make a significant impact in a rewarding and challenging role.
- A tranquil and inspiring working environment in a rural farmhouse setting.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
