Job Requirements / Description
Key Job Requirements:
Certified Administrator in a Software Asset Management tool or 4+ years of hands-on experience with a SAM tool, preferably Flexera.
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to enhance performance measurement and reporting processes within large organisations.
Experienced in creating and distributing detailed reports from various data sources for business use.
Strong capability in data manipulation and summarising complex reports for presentation to non-specialist audiences.
Experience automating reports to the extent allowed by available data sources and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as commonly used diagramming tools.
Extensive experience in flexible and proactive information gathering.
Confident in managing diverse tasks and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Able to present professionally and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Skilled in handling confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
Adaptable to shifting deadlines with a flexible approach.
Experience in data analytics is essential.
Preferably, at least 4 years of experience working within the financial sector.
