Recruitment Resourcer

We're looking for a proactive, people-focused Resourcer to grow and maintain our talent database with a primary focus on the US market. This role is all about connecting with top talent, expanding our reach, and supporting our recruitment efforts. You'll play a key part in strengthening our brand presence while providing insights that help drive placements and fuel business growth. Your Tasks & Responsibilities: As our Resourcer, you'll manage and grow our candidate database in the US market by: Sourcing and engaging new and existing talent Writing engaging job adverts and social media posts to attract candidates Conducting market research to identify trends and inform recruitment strategies Supporting our brand's growth across the USA Working closely with the recruitment team to drive broader business initiatives We're looking for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for efficient multitasking.
