We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw campus to join the Administration Services Team as an Enquiry Response Advisor on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis (you will be required to 1 late shift). As an Enquiry Response Advisor, you will: Respond to all incoming calls to the Course Enquiry line and maintain lost call rates below 5% level. Respond to all incoming calls to the Switchboard line and maintain lost call rates below 5% level. Respond to all incoming calls to the LTE group. Update staff and contact details as and when staff join or leave the college. Work in accordance with Call Centre Customer Services Standards at all times. Compliance with Safeguarding regulations, ensuring data protection regarding Caller Identification. Respond to all incoming e-mails that are received centrally in a timely manner. Carry out administrative functions efficiently, i.e., inputting of data capture cards from marketing events, inputting of enquiry details onto EBS database.To do this successfully you'll need: Level 2 Maths. Level 2 English. Customer Service Background. Call Centre Background. Microsoft Office literate.
