London Head of Operations, Euro Car Parks, Marylebone, London A fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced London based Head of Operations role to join a market leading, dynamic and renowned car parking and property company. The role is a full time London-based role with an excellent bonus structure and great career progression opportunities. Location: Baker Street London Office, NW1 (Full Time Office Based) Salary: £75,000 to £90,000 plus excellent bonus and career progression Start Date: Immediate Contract: Full-time, permanent Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the London operational functions for the business * Develop and execute operational strategies to optimise efficiency, cost effectiveness and ensuring outstanding quality. * Collaborate with leadership to align operational processes with business objectives and growth targets. * Oversee supply chain management, resource allocation and process. * Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies. * Manage reports and controls. * Mentor and develop a high-performing team to drive success. * Working closely with Senior Management across the operations of the business. The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience in a senior operations and leadership role. * Strong understanding of business operations and process optimisation. * Experience in related industries is preferred. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * ⁠London based to ensure access to all our London sites.
