We are looking for experienced Customer Service Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join Castell part of Sentric Safety Group. The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of global customer orders and enquiries. Liaising with the internal and external technical sales team to deliver outstanding customer service. Key to the role is to act as the interface between industry and the customer by being the company’s first point of contact in assisting the clients with products and services. Key Responsibilities: Act as a first point of contact for customers to ensure the smooth processing of orders. Ensure all order specifications are input correctly on the system. Assist the customers by advising and resolving order queries. Communicate with engineering and production team to clarify customer order inquiries and ensure on time dispatch of products. Ensure that customer queries are dealt in a prompt and professional manner. Support the customer service team and wider sales teams to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. Perform administrative duties such as keeping document records in an accurate and clear manner to make them available to management for evaluation. Work under the guidance of the Head of the Commercial Office to help reach the company’s targets. Ensure compliance to GDPR regulations relevant to role. Qualification requirements: Preferred: MS Office Essential (min qualification) : Bachelor Degree Previous customer service experience (1-2 years) Experience using applications such as Salesforce Initial interviews will be conducted via video call with onsite interviews to follow.
