Warehouse Manager

Our client, a global manufacturing company with sites based across the globe, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee their operations in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Leading a team of over ten operatives, you will ensure the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee goods receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes. * Maintain health & safety standards through regular risk assessments and adherence to compliance regulations. * Ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently. * Collaborate with customer service, transport and production teams to ensure smooth, coordinated operations. * Manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet handling equipment, ensuring all machinery is maintained. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency and productivity. Skills & Qualifications: * Proven warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Experience using warehouse management IT systems is crucial.
