Requirements * A UK degree in English (or a related field) is preferred. * A genuine interest in a teaching career and working with secondary school students. * Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. * Adaptability, patience, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. All candidates who register with Aspire People will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed and must be on the update service.
