Key responsibilities: * The BIM Technician will setup Revit models, population of views, sheets, filters, and other elements. * Early development, RIBA stages 1-4 on major commercial, high-rise, transportation infrastructure and leisure complex projects. * Create 3D models and generate 2D drawings on large scale projects. * Develop Navisworks models and generate clash detection reports. * Meet project requirements, working collaboratively with other disciplines. * The BIM Technician will contribute to prominent projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial and transportation. Skills and Background: * The BIM Technician will have an understanding of Revit MEP, Navisworks and workflows between architecture and engineering. * Working knowledge of other BIM software including AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric modelling and Revit Family Editor. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape or Python scripting languages.
