Customer Service Advisor role:

• To qualify each customer over the telephone ensuring all key information is obtained
• Prospecting of existing customers in order to generate new business using several different systems
• Appointing of customers at the earliest opportunity
• Following up previous appointments to feed back to the Sales Team if a customer didnt purchase a vehicle
• Regular contact with new and existing customers throughout
• Building a positive rapport with the internal sales teams
• Achieving targets set

Customer Service Advisor pay:

£24,000 per annum with OTE of £40, 000.
