THE ROLE- Behaviour Mentor Being a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 supporting pupils with behavioural difficulties. Must be someone that’s able to inspire and motivate pupils on a 1:1 basis and through group work. You will be building relationships with the students and promote positive behaviour. The role requires you to provide guidance, support and encouragement to individual’s needs. THE SCHOOL- Behaviour Mentor The primary school is in Waltham Forest, where there are stations and bus routes nearby. It consists of 181 pupils, aged 4 to 11.
