Regeneration Officer (Engagement)

Joshua Robert are working with a well-established client that are working with quite a few local authorities and housing associations across the London Area They are looking for an experienced Regeneration Officer (Engagement) to join their team temporarily, circa 3 months.   Job Information As part of the Regeneration Team, to assist in the planning, organisation and delivery of consultation and decanting programmes, ensuring that Home Group achieves high levels of resident satisfaction with their temporary and permanent homes. To lead and deliver resident consultation with provision of information to residents in respect of the regeneration programme. To ensure the timely decanting of existing tenants both on and off site. A large number of residents will have to move into temporary accommodation before their permanent home is available for them, including finding suitable temporary properties and making all arrangements to ensure that the regeneration programme can proceed within the timeframes dictated by grant funding and environmental issues.   Skills & Experience Required  Working knowledge of the key aspects of landlord and tenant legislation  Understanding of commitment to delivering the aims of regeneration  Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate across a  range of audiences  Good negotiation and dispute resolution skills  Ability to work in a political environment  Experience of working with residents, representatives and other agencies  Commitment to customer involvement in the regeneration process  Ability to motivate staff and colleagues  Ability to develop and maintain accurate recording systems and critically  Ability to review procedures and identify improvements  Ability to set and monitor decanting budgets  Demonstrate a high level of self-drive  IT skills in word, excel and PowerPoint. Working week : Monday to Friday - 8.30am till 5.00pm Office Based Role
