Workforce Management Consultant

I am working with a leading IT Consultancy that are looking for a UK Based Workforce Management Consultant for a new 6 month contract opportunity with their clientele in the Healthcare sector. You will be responsible for the implementation of WFM software across their clientele and being the go-to person for all WFM queries. This is an Outside IR35 and Fully Remote opportunity with an ASAP start date. Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in workforce management, consulting, or operational leadership, preferably in the healthcare sector. Proven experience optimising workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing in healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities. Strong knowledge of healthcare labour regulations, staffing requirements, and compliance standards (e.g., Joint Commission, state healthcare labor laws). Expertise in workforce management tools and software such as Kronos, Cerner, or similar platforms. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
