Admin Coordinator Temporary role leading to permanent contract for right candidate £15.50/hr while on contract £28k when permanent role secured Hertford We are seeking an Admin Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Hertford, they are a busy electrical contractor You will support the Team and assist with the smooth running of the Department. You will be tasked with the administration of existing and new electrical contracts. As a coordinator you will schedule, monitor, control and manage planning of the field service engineers diaries. Duties for Admin Coordinator Ensure that the Engineers and Supervisor are kept up to date with any issues on contracts Respond to maintenance requests via e-mails. Ensure schedules updated Speak with customers to arrange times for visits – send service visit forms Raise jobs on both engineer diary system and SAP system Book diary for maintenance days, service contracts – breakdowns Booking visits for service to evaluate installation jobs or to do site visits Liaise with customers keeping them informed on their site visits – keep regular contact with service contract customers Keep up to date with engineers site passes/inductions etc. General Telephone Enquiries Ad hoc admin dutiesRequirements for Admin Coordinator Full training will be provided Excellent organisational/logistical and planning skills IT Skills especially word and excel Time Management skills Customer focused Good telephone mannerTo apply for this Admin Coordinator role, find out more or ask any questions, please send us an application with your CV and we will get back to you.
