An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client who are based on the outskirts of Thatcham for a Part Time Administrator. This is a term time only position + 6 weeks. The role will be to assist with the admissions procedure and process for the business. Location: Thatcham, fully office based Working Hours: 22 hours per week over 4 days Salary - £11,282 - £12,184 per annum As the Part Time Administrator, you will be responsible for: To accurately record all initial enquiries and registration forms on the Admissions database. To assist with all initial enquiries via various forms of communication and build relationships with prospective clients Answer telephone calls and refer or pass on any messages as required Ensure all enquiries for a prospectus are dealt with via a personalised response promptly. Help manage the stock of prospectuses and literature ensuring that there is a plentiful supply ready for use as required. Support the Admissions arrangements for all Events, by sending out invitations, recording attendance and sending feedback forms and recording replies. Assist with the preparation of materials for Fairs and key admissions events. To work closely with the Registrar to organise Assessment Days. The successful Part Time Administrator will have the following related skills / experience: Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software and good general education Excellent organisational skills - methodical and systematic A highly professional work ethic and commitment to the role Punctuality The ability to work as a member of a team and perform to the highest standards A 'can do' mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and to assist with some of the hands-on practical roles in the department Good judgement and be able to show initiative/common sense An ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative and to work quickly and calmly under pressure Honesty, trustworthiness, and reliability For more information, please contact Julie Harding on (phone number removed)
