PRODUCTION OPERATIVE STAFF REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE START - 47.5 HOURS GUARANTEED - BRANDON, SUFFOLK Looking for a stable role with a salary over £30k? A well-established manufacturer is expanding and seeking Production Operatives to join their growing team as demand rises. Starting pay is £12.50 p/hour, with the potential for an increase after successfully completing a 3-month probationary period. Production Operative Duties: Working in a fast-paced and challenging environment Safely handling and moving heavy materials Assembling products using a variety of materials Staying motivated to ensure consistent productivity Providing regular updates and reporting to site managers Pay & Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:00 Guaranteed 47.5-hour workweek £12.50 - £15.00 p/hour Overtime Available Candidates who come from a production or manufacturing background would be beneficial however, labouring or on-the-tools experience will be considered also.
