As a Junior Sous Chef for one of London's most beautiful dining rooms, you will have a vital role in supporting the chefs and team around you, helping to manage the day to day kitchen operations and working with incredible produce to create high quality seasonal dishes Spanning a large dining room, a beautiful Private Dining Room, exciting Chefs Table experience, stunning terrace and striking bar, Midland Grand is the ultimate opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to progress their career and develop their talents.
