Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a global logistics business in their sales team to drive revenue growth, develop strategic sales plans and improve quality.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize all potential selling opportunities.
- Drive growth by expanding product sales across various ranges.
- Lead, motivate, train, and support colleagues to help them reach their goals and objectives.
- Continuously develop a strong sales pipeline, targeting both new and existing customers.
- Proactively follow up on leads to create new opportunities.
- Maintain high standards to improve and ensure consistent quality.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude, and work towards achieving goals and objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues to provide an excellent customer experience.
