Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Work closely with our learners to help them secure job opportunities
• Promote and sell our free services, encouraging clients to work with us in helping learners gain employment
• Arrange job interviews for learners and assist with interview preparation
• Organize job fairs and other career-related events for learners
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer data
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or a sales role
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Passion for supporting learners in their career journey and connecting them with employers
