Catering Manager - Contract Catering - £40-50k ***Strong Chef background required*** I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager with a strong craft background for a B&I contract in Stafford. My client is a leading Independent Caterer and are looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to join their team. The kitchen caters for up to 800 covers a day over a breakfast, lunch and dinner service. As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 14 staff, ensuring consistent food quality, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.
