Cad Technician

Headley have a new vacancy with our contractor client in North Leeds – a provider of innovative equipment and solutions to the healthcare sector. The company operate in a growth sector, the work they do is of a good quality and varied in nature and this represents a genuine career opportunity where you’ll work as part of small project teams, delivering all design work on projects and playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the department. This is a hybrid role, where you’ll work perhaps 2 days a week in the office, 3 from home. * Review of project documents to understand scope and nature of projects, and to offer * Attending site as required, completing any surveys as necessary * Supporting Bid teams with technical documentation * Production of architectural drawings in Autocad and Revit * Working closely with colleagues in project teams, and with 3rd party contractors * Ensuring compliance with appropriate building standards * Offering support as required to more junior team members Requirements * Competence with both REVIT and Autocad * 2 years plus industry experience, and able to work in a standalone capacity * Aware and understanding of building regulations * Good communicator, credible with clients and colleagues Interesting opportunity with well established and growing company.
