Title: Shuttering Carpenter Supervisor
Reporting To: Carpenter

Department Function:
The role supports the team in the safe installation of shuttering formwork and proprietary systems, ensuring compliance with nuclear quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install shuttering formwork safely and according to standards.
• Work with proprietary systems for columns, walls, beams, soffits, kickers, and pre-cast units.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team and work outdoors, including at heights.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
• Competent in maintaining high tolerances for line and level.
• Understanding and executing written instructions.
• CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Blue) required; Level 3 qualification in Formwork preferred.
• Training in working at heights and abrasive wheels is necessary.
