Total Staff Service are looking to recruit for an Aseptic Team Leader for our client based in Runcorn.
Main Accountabilities:-
- Providing leadership and direction and facilitating the management of the UK Limited compounding centre
- Developing the compounding centre internallyin line with the company policy, building relationships and trust to become the leading Homecare provider.
- Leading and motivating the operational team and ensuring staff are recruited, engaged and trained to the agreed level of competence.
- Carrying out performance data analysis and communicating it with all staff.
- Contributing and participating as an idividual and representative of our client in furture development and roll out of the company strategy.
- Achieving the compounding centre operations directives on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
- Setting operational objectives to ensure that activity is delivered on time and to the agreed accredited standard and implementing corrective action when deficiencies arise.
- Implementing local and corporate management practices which will enhance the units performance.
- Managing the recruitment, engagement, development, motivation and retention of quality and committed staff.
- Setting high personal and professional standards in line with the company policies.
- Assisting in maintaining the Qualit Assurance Accreditation Programme, whilst assuring compliance with the Manufacturing Specials Licence and ISO Standards.
- Attending management meetings as required and being proactive in all aspects of relevant activity of the customer
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma/Higher National Certificate HNC (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in Aseptic or pharmaceutical or medical devices
- Managerial experience with relevant qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP requirements
- Ability to drive process change through to completion
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent people management skills
Shifts will be rotating:-

Salary upto 42k DOE plus a 10% annual bonus
