Resident Liaison Officers

Resident Liaison Officers Permanent £35,000k-£40,000k a year ( DOE ) Hillingdon Join a busy electrical sub-contractor that are growing rapidly. Due to an increase in contract wins they require a Resident Liaison officer (RLO) to join their team. They have secured a place on a social housing framework, with replacement kitchen and bathrooms to schedule and undertake the contracting of the works. You will be responsible for communications between residents and the contractor, covering homes in the Hillingdon region of London. To be considered you must have previous experience working in an RLO position. You will ideally have worked for a housing association or building contractor.
