You'll create mood boards, research trends, attend fabric tradeshows, and participate in fit meetings. The Role: Design seasonal womenswear collections that reflect the brand's vision. Collaborate with Design, Production, and Merchandising teams for cohesive product development. Stay current with fashion trends, source fabrics, and create hand-drawn sketches.The Person: Background in womenswear design and sustainable fashion. Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, and fabric dyeing and Adobe InDesign.
