As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our Rugby store. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of customer service. * Drive sales initiatives and develop strategies to meet and exceed targets. * Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored storage solutions. * Lead and motivate a small team, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. * Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Monitor key performance indicators and report on store performance.
