Role Overview: As a Demi Chef de Partie at Nobu London, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, ensuring that every plate meets our high standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Learn about different ingredients, infusing flavors, mise-en-place, knife skills, and cooking techniques. Understand and execute Nobus classic dishes, such as the iconic Black Cod Miso. Assist senior chefs in the creation and development of Nobu specials, seasonal dishes, and dishes for special occasions Who You Are: Culinary Skills: Strong foundation in various cooking techniques and cuisines. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a dynamic kitchen setting. Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
