Sous Chef – Prestigious Corporate Environment, LondonMonday - Friday40hrs PW£38,500 We’re on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef  If you’re a well-rounded chef with a passion for good food and service, this role offers a dynamic and creative work environment. You’ll support the Head Chef in all aspects, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch quality across both fine dining and staff dining. What You’ll Bring:Expertise in all kitchen areas and ability to lead in Chef’s absence Strong understanding of H&S and food safety Proficiency in kitchen admin: ordering, stock taking, allergens, and due diligence Fast-paced work style, ready to handle last-minute requests Fine dining experience with a collaborative team spirit, including FOH & BOH Ability to cross-train and work flexibly across the kitchen Benefits:Monday to Friday, daytime hours (40 hrs) Overtime at x1.5 rate Taxi home for late finishes Laundry organized by the client Non-contractual annual salary review Opportunities for growth and working with top-notch suppliers If you’re ready to bring your passion, creativity, and teamwork to a prestigious environment, we’d love to hear from you
